Edition size can finally be set — 5, 8 or 12

• Edition size is entered, not assumed. A new edition asks for its nature, its size and how many copies to create now — an edition of twelve of which three are printed is a normal state, and declaring the size does not conjure nine objects. The size belongs to the print: one work can carry a vintage edition of five and a later edition of twelve.
• An Edition section in the print record: nature, size, copy number, closed edition. The app refuses a copy outside the edition, a copy added to a closed edition, and a size shrunk below a copy already attributed.
• Numbers that no longer match are flagged. A print number is frozen at creation — it may already be pencilled on the object. If you correct the size afterwards, the record flags the contradiction and offers an explicit renumbering. A print cited by an issued certificate is excluded, with the reason: its number appears in a signed document that cannot be edited.

Fixed

• An http:// timestamp authority was accepted, then refused by the system. macOS forbids unencrypted connections from the app, yet most authorities publish only an http:// endpoint. The setting now accepts https:// only and explains why; an invalid address fails the issuance instead of being treated as “no timestamping”.
